Catherine O’Sullivan was appointed Managing Director of London and European’s Irish operation in June 2007.

An expert in title insurance with unparalleled knowledge of the Irish mortgage market, Catherine has been pivotal to the successful launch of London & European’s first operation outside the UK. Her energy and drive have enabled the business to firmly establish itself as the pre-eminent provider of title insurance and panel management conveyancing solutions in Ireland in less than a year.

Catherine has many years experience in the title insurance market having worked as Managing Director of First American Title for over eight years. She began her career with the Investment Bank of Ireland (now Bank of Ireland Asset Management) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UCD.

Vik Panchal
Sales Manager, titlesolv.com

Vik has extensive knowledge and understanding of the title insurance and legal indemnities markets having worked in the industry for 6 years.

He is responsible for leading our legal indemnities business marketed under the titlesolv.com brand, from strategic planning to implementation. He also heads up the regional sales team, helping them to identify, deliver and manage the growth opportunities for both the online residential and commercial indemnities available through titlesolv.com.

Gayle Watson

With an infectious laugh, Gayle has lit up the offices of L&E for over five years. As a Client Account Manager for the past four, she was responsible for managing some of our major relationships and ensuring performance targets were met.

Gayle switched to titlesolv in 2007 and is now responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships in the South of England, covering legal practices with both residential and commercial divisions.

A native South African, Gayle arrived in the UK in 2002 and joined Bristol & West where she gained her CeMAP qualifications.

Operations Manager - Ireland

An experienced hand in the Irish mortgage market, Helen has a wealth of knowledge in title insured remortgage services. A well-known face amongst lenders and brokers, she is the cornerstone of the client relationship management programme in Ireland.

Prior to joining L&E in 2007, Helen was Head of Operations with Irish Title . Prior to that she was Head of Deeds & Securities Department at First American Title in Ireland and earlier on her career she worked at the Irish Nationwide Building Society for 10 years.

Joshua Parkes
Business Development Manager, titlesolv.com

titlesolv Business Development Manager Joshua Parkes is responsible for client relationships in the Midlands and North of England. He prides himself on the delivery of exemplary customer service and is always on the look out for innovations in product development to meet his clients’ needs. Having completed an honours degree in Business Administration at Staffordshire University, Joshua joined the Portman Building Society as a mortgage advisor. He was subsequently promoted to Senior Mortgage Advisor and whilst there obtained his CEMAP as well as being nominated for ‘Insurance Salesman of the Year’.

Joshua lives in Wolverhampton and enjoys squash and swimming.

Raman Patel
Business Development Manager

Raman Patel is Business Development Manager for L&E Ireland. He is responsible for developing new and existing broker and lender relationships for Complete Conveyancing as well as developing new products, distribution channels and markets throughout the Republic.

His strong service ethic and detailed understanding of the needs of both brokers and lenders comes from over nine years experience across both sides of the industry.  Raman started his career as a mortgage sales consultant.  In 2002 he became business development manager and later sales manager for IFG Mortgages, and in 2005 set up his own successful brokerage, SmartChoice Mortgages.
